Great Channels Refund Policy

We understand that there may be instances when you need to request a refund, and we are here to assist you. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized Charges: If you notice an unauthorized charge on your account, you must report it within 3 days of the transaction.
- Service Disruptions: If our service is unavailable due to technical issues on our end for an extended period (more than 48 hours), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
-Refunds are only provided if requested within 3 days of service and are not provided for the remaining billing cycle period unless canceled before the 3 days. We do not provide refunds for accounts with a lot of viewer time for the content.
-Discretion of the company: Please email us, let us know of any trouble you’re having, and allow us to assist you. If we cannot help or you are dissatisfied, we may issue a partial or full refund at the discretion of management.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@greatchannels.ph with your account details and the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.
- We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
